Hello world!! (Sometimes I like to think the world reads my blog(: ) I am currently in sunny Saratoga spending time with my mommy and brother in law until the whole family gets here tonight. Well, minus my older brother..he's with my love at his Bachelor weekend in Vegas. I have to bust out two final projects and study enough to feel prepared for three finals Monday and Tuesday...but I have so much to say! So I am going to make a short IOU list: The topic of faith and trust (bachelor party weekend may or may not have inspired this...) My sister's baby shower My amazing Mama A 'Moments' session I am promising a whole lot right now- and I am a good promise keeper! So stay tuned. For now, I just had to post the photos from my school's fashion show. These clothes are unbelievable. School of Sole

I was inspired recently while waiting for the bus to my afternoon class by staring at the ground. I do this often, mainly because I'm usually thinking of 13 things at once, and to focus on all 13 equally, I can't be too focused on much of anything; if I look completely zoned out...I probably am. Everyone dresses up for somebod y.) To cater to the Dior portion of my blog, I will keep a running post of the interesting shoes of my classmates. The shots are quick and in the moment, usually snapped with my phone so forgive the quality. I hope you e...

No Small Feat...

Sometimes I over hear people on the bus, sidewalk, TV, internet...saying they can't find shoes in their size. It usually goes something like this: PERSON 1: Oh my goodness, I love your shoes. I'm so jealous, I want to kill myself shoe shopping because I wear a nine and a half. Seriousssllyy , you have no idea how hard it is! PERSON 2: No, you have no idea. I wear an 8 so every time I go to buy a new pair of shoes, they are out of my size! It's so hard, person 1.   If you are guilty of this, I still love you. But I'm going to let you in on a conversation that goes on in my head throughout this eavesdropping process: Me: If only I could show them how hard it is to find shoes in a size 12.  Yes, I wear a size 12 shoe. So before you complain, be grateful that your pedicured toes aren't the size of the box they come in. Being in fashion, I am reminded of the challenges my feet present on a daily basis. They have, however, become more of a trial in the past month...
